What we do
Human Matters offers a service that is different.
We add value by understanding how humans can perform better within social and technical systems. Our expertise lies in understanding how your employees or customers typically think and behave, and how this might differ from expectations.
We adopt an evidence-based approach, using a range of converging methodologies. We endeavour to understand how the design of systems in which humans work can be improved to enhance decision making & performance, and reduce errors.
